Whenever I join Discord nowadays (whether through Android or the PC browser; I use wi-fi), I'm not able to see other users' pfps (including my own). The same goes for server icons. This glitch started a few months back. Until 3-4 months ago (I used Wi-fi), everything was working fine.
Also, I've noticed that it only happens when I connect to my Wi-fi. When I use a mobile device's internet through a hotspot, the pfps and server icons load normally, and I can see them again.

I've also tried opening Discord after clearing the cache and cookies, but the problem persists.

When i screenshare my screen, be it the program, browser(yes i tried opra, chrome and firefox) anything, my audio is incredibly low for others to the point where they can't hear it, everything has been turned to max in discord, in windows, in the browsers or games to the point where i can't even wear my headset its that loud and people still can barely hear the sound.

In brief, the hacker unlinked my email from my account and linked a dummy account with 2FA to my email, for which I have no data whatsoever. Moreover, they linked their email to my account, which I wish to recover, and even added their own 2FA. It sounds confusing, but I believe that's what happened.

Support mentioned they cannot remove 2FA due to security and privacy reasons. They suggested that if I couldn't recover it with backup codes, I could request the deletion of the account. I am considering requesting the deletion of the account, but this would imply losing all means of recovering my beloved legacy badge CUBE#0001.

Should I give up trying to recover my account and request its deletion? Or should I persist and provide more supporting evidence?

heya, i recently got a dm from some dude i didnt know, and he was apparently claiming to have filed tickets against my account accidently because he thought i was the scammer who had scammed him, but i wasnt, and the scammer and i had similar pfps, so he thought i was the scammer instead. then he told me to email someone named allision wang and gave me their discord user aswell [allisonwangofficial.verification], and as soon as i sent a request to them, they accepted it after like 10 seconds. they then told me to tell what the problem was, and asked for screenshots as proof, and after that they told me this chat was being recorded, and provided me a discord certificate (which i wasnt sure was true, because their profile didnt have any badges either) and asked me to provide my nationality and date of birth along with the request number thing, then after sometime they told me to change my discord email from my own to some "discord. [e-mail]" which i wasnt sure about doing, so i didnt. i told them i didnt want to do that, and they kept telling me to because if i didnt my account could be banned and stuff (with bad grammar), but i still didnt change my gmail, after that i had to go and told them, and today morning i checked their dm again and it said "No problem sir, But once your discord is ban we can't able to fix it. Have a nice day." i just wanted to know, is my account still at risk? or was this all plotted and a scam?
