At first everything goes well

In this server, I rarely spoke and barely engaged, staying only there for my friends they invited me. What I believe happened is that you were on a server where that content was posted and they wiped everyone on it. When a server is terminated Discord can choose to also action all members on it. As stated in the system message:

Wait let me explain.
So you put [e-mail] as your contact email when making the ticket.
Now there are instances where your ticket gets "solved" without any solution and you won't receive any email for that.
To check if that happened to you, go to the support website and login to an account with [e-mail] .
Now you might have an account already made using that email, then simply login with the required info. But if you don't have an account made in discord support with that email, register one. Then you'll be able to check the status of your ticket and if it shows "solved" without actually solving your case.
And usually the reason for this "solved" situation is because you don't specify some things discord requires you to specify. (Or just them ignoring you)

Well the whole disabling reason was pretty much false underage, and i wasn't even joking about age, let me give you the message that triggered it,

1st: "Cool"
2nd: "Kids are allowed here?"

It's weird, i know. I got my account after sending them my pictures with my ID etc, but after sending it they also questioned me and then we were ready to go.

if your accounts were disabled for being underaged you have a 100% chance of getting it back if provided the info asked from you
