around 2 months ago, same thing happened to me, my account got disabled for joking about my age and I easily verified my discord account age with my passport and unlocked it. Thought I wouldn't get disabled for joking about it again as I already had the age verified.
But 2 days ago, someone reported me and I created the ticket with the options that you included in this link.
Been almost 2 days since I created the ticket and I received no support at all.

How long will you think it will take to get recognition from someone that's responsible for ticket managment?
It's a very "business" based account and I don't really wanna lose it, waiting really seems like a bad choice as people have been waiting for over weeks.

Well the email I am using is almost unused and its impossible to miss it since I made the request I check it frequently, I am using Outlook so this is a major Email provider after Gmail, I think this should have happened before me and resolved if they had issues with it. do a full reset, make sure you delete any files discord related in appdata and reinstall

once an agent sees you've created multiple they'll probably close it and check your original ticket, just make sure you add a comment giving them your original ticket number

Im having the same problem. Turns out the region overide feature for discord is being screwy. Click on the settings for the Voice channel, scroll all the way down and then change it to a Non-US region
