I want to build a system to quarantine “excessive dm” members (it would simply feed in to our existing quarantine, so not too much work) but some of my mods are against this as they’re concerned we could quarantine legitimate members.

Our quarantine is very easy to release from (message the bot and have a 5 min chat with mods) - but without understanding how the “excessive dm” flagging actually works, it’s tricky.

If “excessive” is five new people in 24h - that’s not excessive to us.
If it’s 20+, that’s almost definitely a hacked account or someone against at least one of our rules, Yano?

I’m assuming you held up the page of your passport which had your DOB and photo on it, so both are visible in the image?

If so, just send the same photo again (imo), make sure you added your actual discord tag not just the nickname etc

Any discord pros have a fix or advice for discord it just stops working it seems when my computer gets under load. Like my 3070 I see spikes at 80% or whatever then discord just mutes everything.
