Hello! My account was disabled for being underaged (which I am not). I opened up a ticket, did what they asked, and now of course it's just waiting at this point. My question is, is it normal that when I opened my ticket I didn't get any emails like a confirmation email that I opened up a ticket?

Hello, I've been having a problem with my account for a long time that I can't solve. I contacted support via ticket but the solutions provided were not satisfactory, so I am sending this message here as a last appeal.

I definitely can't put custom emojis in my bio. They stay like : this :. I tested it on another account with nitro and this doesn't happen, it's probably some kind of bug just on my main account. Standard emojis work normally, but custom ones don't work at all. I tried to copy the ID, I tried on my cell phone, browser, I tried to change some settings and nothing works.

Also, authentication was supposed to make it harder for hackers to access user's accounts, not make it harder for the users themselves. I love Discord but they made awful decisions regarding how to go about authentication.

I just changed the backup codes. I used the new backup codes. It still will not accept ANY of the new backup codes. I'm literally looking at the backup codes on my monitor while I type it in on my phone. It came to a point that I look at the code, type in one character, and look again at the code, then type in the next character, until I have all the characters on there, then I triple check to make sure it matches. It still will not submit.

I am sitting in discord with my friends. Then I start Minecraft and stream it to my friends in Discord. Then the sound is muffled/sounds like it is really far away. It doesn't always affect my whole computer (mostly just 1 application (e.g. twitch stream, discord call, or in-game sound) never all of them at once).
When I restart the application (rejoin the channel when it happens to discord) in which sounds are muffled/sound like it is really far away, it works until it happens sometimes again.

Is that maybe a setting or just a bug?

Ok so, got a new pc (Drivers downloaded properly and everything) and i tried testing my mic on discord and on the "test" in the settings it sounds fine, but when i go on call it doesnt pick up anything

Are your airpods connected to your device via bluetooth already? You want to go into settings and switch the output to whatever it says for your airpods, as it won't automatically connect to the audio output device if you're on computer.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas why this thing is happening to my server and if you might have any ideas how to fix?

The thing:

• Bunch of channels available to everyone are turned off (not followed) by default and have to be toggled on in the channels and roles section.
• When the account joins it askes them if they are 18 one option gives them a role that removes the view channel permission from all channels for them (<18)
• The other option (18+) gives them roles which are not set to do anything. They are merely for vanity or identity purposes.
• If they join the server saying they are under 18, or if they later toggle under 18. If they then toggle to 18+ it shows/follows all channels visible to everyone, including the ones meant to be hidden/not followed by default.

I dont understand neither of the roles should be showing/following these channels. it's showing channels that are meant to be opt in only, like a venting channel. I didnt want to have to hide them behind roles though. Any suggestions?
