They do. If you report a message, Discord can still see it, even if deleted. As long as the in-app report form is open before the message is deleted, you are still good to report it.

Yes, I have heard that somewhere. But when I tried to carry out the experiment by disabling the viewing options for everyone, I could see that the "/" permissions for a role did not synchronise with the permissions of the roles. The role has the permission to view and send messages, but in the channel with "/" permissions, this did not work.

There are two roles on my server which almost everyone has. The A role is above in the roles priority than B. I have set the permissions for B to view it. But for A, all of the permissions are set to "/".

But it seems like the A role, which has permission for viewing and sending messages, cannot create a forum post at all.

I have configured it in such a way that only people with the B role can view the channel.

The A role is optional.
