Hello! I'm having an issue with discord support and they wont seem to help me understand.

So i'm trying to send in a request and open a ticket with an email because you need to use the email asociated with the account.

But you can't log into discords website to open a ticket when your account is disabled. Does anyone have experience enough to help me out?

I have tried but it seems like the website just doesn't like hotmail.

With my gmail account i get confirmation about the ticket and can go see the ticket.

But with my hotmail i don't seem to get anything which makes it really hard to appeal.

Thats what i do but i have no indication they actually get a ticket or anything.

When i try to give my email from the gmail account. (With proof of ownership of my hotmail) i just get the ticket closed without any answers

When i do that nothing happens and i can't see the ticket or anything.

When i try to get a password for the account so that i can see and open a ticket from that account i just don't get an email with links, passwords or other ways to help me.

I'm really trying my best to do it properly but i have no clue how to properly do it when i don't get any feedback on a ticket being opened since i cant see any tickets and don't get any emails from discord.

The only place where they have contacted my email is on my gmail
