No, you cannot get rid of the Server Booster role

You could try finding a bot where a user with role @RoleA could use command /pingB which would make the bot ping @RoleB.

Hello there, i have recently setup onboarding for my server, and i have designated a few channels as resource channels, they have disappeared from the channel list, which is a behaviour i do not want, is there a way to keep these resource channels, and also let them show up in the channel list?

The onboarding info says they won't show up in the channel list unless all channels are enabled, not sure what that means, it is a bit confusing.

We started using Discord forums almost as soon as they became available. Now it appears that one cannot casually browse threads that somehow "aged out"? For instance, the only thread in our Support forum is the pinned topic with links and how-to resources. All the specific requests for support (and the solutions) are not visible or findable. So we can't link someone to a fix for an issue, nor can users check whether their issue has been encountered before.

Any way to get this resolved?

Hope we won't have to abandon our intention of migrating off old forums - after a year or more of using Discord forums 😢

Guys, I need some help, You are my last resort. I've come to an issue that drives me crazy with server configuration, atm completelly out of ideas what couse this.

We have voice channels in which community staff made some kind of interviev with members. Regular members see those channels, have all the permissions in them on green but cannot join them - need to be draged to channel from waiting room - so noone uninvited can jump in the middle of interview process and interrupt staff. But - we need those people to be able to share their screen on those channels. Regardles of video and screen sharing persmissions on green for their roles, every single time when non staffed member tries to share screen or stream something, those screen closes right away - it just pop up for a fraction of a second and closes. We set video permisions on green in role settings itself, in channel permissions for everyone and specific role and nothing changes. Same people can share screen or stream video on other public channels without issue, so it is not driver or PC fault, just something in those specific channels. Anyone have any idea what couses this problem and how to fix this?

So I cant join Discord Voice Channel somehow and I have tried everything in my mind to fix it.

I just bought a Wifi Repeater from TP-Link and connected it to my PC and everything is working fine except Discord Voice Chats. For some reason "RTC Connect: No Route" always shows up when I try to join.

I have already tried a lot of things to fix it: i restarted my pc and discord, i reinstalled discord, tried turning the windows Firewall on and off, turned on the quality of Service setting then turned it off again, restarted my router reconnected my router to my pc changed my DNS and finally I flushed the DNS and it is still not working

I really don't know what to do anymore and would appreciate every help I can get.

I'm really disappointed in Discord's support and I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of what I can do.

I've found a server created for the purpose of distributing highly illegal materials. Granted, I know this not because I joined the server, but because the server was listed on multiple discord discovery websites with its purpose written in its listing in such a way as to evade filters. I attempted to contact Discord support and was told that I need to report it directly to the Trust & Safety team through the app. However, this would mean having to join the server, which I don't want to do because first, the type of material is disturbing and I don't want to see it, and second, because to do so would certainly be illegal and I don't want my Discord account to have ever been associated with it. So, as Discord has been made aware of this server but refuses to do anything unless I join it and report it, what can I do?

Hello I was wondering if anyone would know if it's possible to recover an account I lost? I lost the account almost 2yrs ago but the account hasn't been deleted or anything and you can still interact with it. A single email account can have multiple Discord accounts if you salt the email (ie. adding +1 at the end or a period somewhere in the email)
