Hi folks, I've been having a problem with streams for a few days now, but haven't been able to find much about it on the internet, so I wanted to report it here: When I join a stream (no matter on which server or if in DM groups) it lags a lot or has a very bad quality, furthermore all talking users start lagging in such a way that they can't be understood anymore. After some trial and error in the settings, I was able to fix this problem by disabling hardware acceleration. Since then it works perfectly again. The problem didn't exist before, no changes were made to hardware/software etc. Neither CPU/GPU/RAM nor internet bandwidth are at capacity. Technical data: Mac Studio (M2 Max, 64 GB, macOS Ventura 13.5.2), Discord Stable 227559 (d7e2160) / OS X 10.15.7 (22.6.0).

basically i have a forums channel in my server, but it got glitched somehow or something. Whenever I try to change the name, make new tags, change default emoji, the "you have unsaved changes" thingy stays at the bottom. I press "save changes" it still stays there, when I try to escape it won't let me unless I press "reset"

I was able to create 3 channels as Forum Channels, and now that option is no longer available. The reading I've done suggests that only Community Servers have access to the Forum Channel feature...but I was able to create 3 Forum channels and my server is not community enabled. Similar question here, my main account was disabled because I didn't realize nitro sets to renew yearly by default an I aske paypal what my options were (not trying to dispute it or anything). Support said I have 14 days to get restored and I can send them a statement or letter from paypal saying that all disputes have been canceled. I sent them just that but I haven't heard anything back. I don't want my account to be lost because they don't respond before the 14 days are up so I'm not sure what to do now. I unerstand there is a queue and they are really I'm just worried about the time limit.

Update:
It happened again. The same person in the Italian support revoked the ban but the same thing happened.
I wrote in the previous reply email that I'm being banned automatically, but he still simply unbanned me, also with an absurd waiting time (ticket created: August 1, first unban attempt: August 17, second unban attempt: September 15).
I hope that the next reply will be shortly, but in case it wasn't then is it a good idea to switch to the English support so that there might be someone who can actually help me better?
