Cant read messages and when sending a message, it clearly sends but then is removed from the screen but not deleted as I have received pings replying to the message. It’s only for this specific channel, in a server where I have admin perms. From what i can tell it’s happening to me and a few others but not everyone. Same logic, it's just semantics. They don't take screenshots or videos for proof as it's easily editable. It's why they require message links in the previous report form and have now moved entirely to in-app reporting.

You do not, it's for privacy reasons the same way Discord doesn't disclose you reported the user to said user.

Discord just doesn't do it right now. Do I know why? No, not really. I don't work there. It's one of the things we've been critical of them for for years now, the lack of feedback when it comes to reporting.

Okay, while gaining access into a server just to do that is probably in the range of 0.00000004% unless you publicly exposed the host and published the way to enter said host is techincally possible.
It's not likely to happen that you'd get reported on a private server that you, yourself both are in and active.

Now to be reported for things that happen outside (For example Hypixel) and it just randomly happening while you camp in the private server you have, that's the only way it would happen.

Discord detected that I was playing a different game than I was; I have never heard of this game and it has never been installed on my pc. It is a real game, I searched it up, but the directory when I looked in discord settings went to the game I was playing.
