I have both used the in-app report and sent a ticket but they keep ignoring me despite the severity of the situation.

I feel like someone may be willingly deleting my tickets as many actions have been taken against me lately. My main account has been mass reported in order to carry out this impersonating act against me and it's highly illegal.

This literally happened a week ago and I still haven't got a response through my ticket... Is there no other way to be noticed by the staff?

Apparently the tickets are useless for anything that's actually concerning, but when you report via app for "Trust & Safety" it doesn't seem to do anything (at least unless the person is saying something hardcore that gets you instantly banned from discord)

Reporting messages is the opposite of useless, since it's the only way to get that content reviewed by Trust & Safety.

Keep in mind that actions can be taken in response to reported content that aren't visible to other users.

For whatever reason, the new channels aren't showing up for users -- they have to go to "browse channels" to see them. You can't recover it unless you backed it up to your Google account.

All I can suggest is uninstall via control panel -> programs & features and restart your PC (clear your %temp% folder before reboot), and then running the setup as admin. If it doesn’t install, try a different client like PTB or Canary and see if they install
