I am an admin of a gaming community server, we have a role called "HG Guardian" and some channels only the players w the role can type in, we gave the role to a new player, they can type in all the channels(including the ones that is only for the players w the role) but cant type in one specific channel, other players w the said role can type there with no issues, tried taking and giving the role back etc but didnt work, they still get the message of saying they dont have permission to type there, even tho they have the role needed

Discord support told me I need to show them my passport with my DOB in order to get my account back and I followed the instructions and submitted my appeal with my face, passport and my discord name and tag in one picture. Its been a day since I appealed and noone has got in touch with me to see whether my account with be retrieved or not
