Hello. So i had £80+ on my banking account and a couple weeks ago i’d say 4-5 weeks i had a option on discord to get discord nitro basic for free for a month and i subscribed to it. Later on in the weeks i stopped opening discord and every now and then going on it so i forgot all about my nitro and billing. I just now checked how much i have in my card and i have £4 and £80 went to discord saying my next billing will be on july 17, 2024. i really do want my £80 back ASAP. Please reply asap because i want and need my money back. This was all a mistake.

I hate to tell you this but the odds of discord giving you any money back is very very slim as you signed up for a subscription and even agreed that you where signing up for a subscription (regardless of if you read through it or not).

Have the Discord permissions been slightly tweaked?

I wanted a Voice Channel members cannot freely connect to, you have to be pulled into it by a person with perms

But I wanted anyone that currently has been pulled into the channel to be allowed to Share/Stream

This is how I had set the perms, but it doesn't work like how I remember it. Now, when someone attempts to stream the stream is immediately disconnected and says "You've been disconnected, sit tight."

Discord's an electron app, so basically Chrome, which is a RAM hog. That's about double a "normal" amount, so just restart Discord and it should drop back down.

Also, how "powerful" your PC is doesn't change how much resources things you run on it use up

(also if you were banned, it was likely for good reason. Dont try to evade it. Even if it was for a stupid reason, just leave the server and accept the ban, dont try to avoid it)
