during my friends appeal, discord asked to see a birth certificate. As my friend didn’t have a copy on hand, they needed some time to get a certified copy from their birth state. the process of getting a copy takes anywhere from 4 weeks to 8 weeks, however as of today, less then one month after they started their appeal, their account went from disabled to deleted, even though they were not given the chance to fully complete their appeal.
now, I have a couple questions, one: why did you guys delete their account while they were in the middle of appealing
two: what will happen to their discord server,
and three, once they do have a copy of their birth certificate, will discord be able to recover their account?

I tried contacting the Discord support via emails, but all I've gotten was a copypasted message sort of saying that "nothing will be done about my account".

I want to know if there is anything I can do about it. I need my account back, I have lots of important information there, including business inquiries.
I haven't ever taken part in any suspicious servers or activities.
