After you send it a message, it should reply with a big paragraph. That means that the server moderators can now see your message. You can also send more messages to the bot if needed.
When the moderators got things to tell you, the bot will send you the messages from the moderators, in private messages too.
For urgent things everyone can see, pinging online moderators or the Moderator emergency role can make them see what's happening.
