any third-party client or client modification violates discord's EULA (end user license agreement) which includes its terms of service. while you are unlikely to get banned for using themes or most plugins, any websocket or api abuse, automation/macros or plugins that grant you access to things you shouldn't are likely to result in an account suspension. use it at your own risk

Yes, as its a modification of the official electron client you can get termed for that, even if it's just for themes or anything of the like.

However, if you don't spout it out constantly 24/7, you SHOULD be fine, the chance is never zero as it still actively breaks their Terms of Service however if you do not use it to commit harm and don't actively tell it every person you meet you should be more than fine.
