I am running into an issue while in a group voice chat, randomly during the conversation all audio from others is dropped. Other audio on my PC using the same audio interface is unaffected. If I go into the voice and video settings and change my output device, then change it back, the audio returns for a short time before it drops again. Is there a way i can set a "Gaming" Channel For ALL the people with the gaming role Except the ones with "English Language" Role? I want an English person to have both roles but forbidden to join a certain "Gaming" Channel.

Imagine, i created a specific group of channels about the game tarkov. I created the "Tarkov" role so people with that tag see the channels and join. After that i created a role called "English". I created a voiced channel inside the "Tarkov" group of channels called "Portuguese". I wanted the people with "Tarkov" role AND "English" role to be PROHIBITED to join the "Portuguese" Channel. While the people with ONLY the "Tarkov" role can join that channel, ONLY those with both roles CANNOT join it.

It was probably a trojan inside the game files that grabbed the Discord client cookies and that's how it stole your account. It's a fairly common method that unfortunately can't be fixed, it's a security flaw that web browsers have, and since the Discord client is made with Electron they can steal your session cookies and use them to take your account anyway.

Preferrably it should be invisible to general members, and accessible for your moderators to have an easier time answering inquiries.

i.e In the same category as your moderator channel.

Not necessarily, modmail bots will usually have a command to set which channel you want.

But it would be best to set it up in a private channel.

Ideally you wouldn't need a youtube link for that because it should be setup in your moderator category by default

This allows your moderation team to easily access and visibly see the tickets being sent in.

Which will also allow for slightly faster cases.

However, you can also put it towards the bottom to allow your team to see the general channels still.

A good modmail bot will have a global command to change the channel it's in.

It could depend on what the modmail bot does after you enter the command, but it shouldn't matter too much no.

The only thing that matters is where you need to setup the bot to give your moderation team an easier time.

And since you have the Manager Server perms, you should be fine in that regard.

Sorry to come here, but I am losing hope already.
A week ago my account on DSC was stolen. At the same time I created a ticket with the problem and a request to save my account.
It's been 4 days since I got a response to the main ticket, and every new one is marked as "SOLVED"
There was a debit card attached to my DSC account and from it they stole money for 3 gifs.

How long is the average turnaround time for tickets and is there anything that can be done so that the guy who stole my account has my account blocked? I don't want him to view my messages and mess up my account
