That's a user feature, not a server feature. What you can do, though, is if people can't find certain channels, you can turn on "Show all channels" from the server menu

That's a much more complicated legal question, but at worst it's just a bug. It's probably not even that, but depends on a lot of very specific aspects of how tiktok is banned. I suspect you're able to see the videos in the embeds because the video itself is being cached on Discord, so technically you're not "using tiktok" at all. Now, it's possible that either you, Discord, or both are technically in violation of the ban depending on how it's enacted (e.g., if we're talking China where it's banned because of ideological censorship reasons as opposed to the whole "tiktok itself is probably spying on you" concern.) That question is for competent lawyers in the respective jurisdictions, though, and definitely not something I or really anyone here could give you direct advice on. You can always fill out the bug report and let Discord decide how to handle it on their end.

I would assume it wasn't as simple as using a VPN to gain access. probably something on Discords end when you first create the server, or mainly use it in your country, I highly doubt this would work.

I'm also not sure if there was mentions of this in the Discord ToS but you could quickly fall under some sections if you use a VPN for the purpose of gaining access to features not available for you yet. Its basically a reason its not available in your country for now.

Either way, depending on country you are from and where you are connecting I personally never use a VPN, because of what it actually means and what the ads don't tell you.

I wanna know if someone makes a report against them will the people get banned? Is it as severe as lets say Illegal drug trading talks or sexual talks

Yes, Discord does actively moderate on those offences. Arguments are allowed, as long as they don't go against the ToS. Hate speech, harassment and racism are strictly against the ToS for example.

Users are responsible for staying within those boundaries themselves, but you as a server owner should monitor your server and act on it as well. On some occasions servers get moderated if the guidelines are being broken there multiple times.

They have moderators they know from different communities like the now closed Discord Moderator Program server thing. but they will occasionally add more if needed, but this is also selected from mods they already know to be good. you will basically see the same people come and go as mods when they are needed.

Perhaps try emailing discord trust and safety about it then? If you haven’t received an email from them about the account being disabled(which should also include the reason for the account being disabled), that’s prob ur best bet
