I solved it by making my own. but the basics of it is that you run a slash command/custom command or app command. give a person a warning. store this in a database or any preferred method of storing it. have your bot find the user in the memberManager and create a channel. override the channel permissions to only allow role x and user y. have to bot find all prior warnings and post them in the chat

That a = input doesn't belong there. You should either put it on the next line (and probably not have the second print send a newline), or even better replace the second print with the input. The input function takes one optional argument for the prompt already, so just making the second line a = input("Enter name: ") will do what you seem to be attempting here.

or what if there was one channel for all warnings, but the ability to see message history is disabled? Then i would have to just have an easy way to add and remove certain people to the channel and give the warning then, shouldnt that work actually?

i feel like that would be a thing you could do fully manually couldnt you? But it would be nice if i didnt have to go in and manually add and remove whichever user im warning every time

you cant send a message to specific people in a channel. commands that have the "only you can see this message" mark only works for the command "author" (The person who ran the command) so you would either create a channel or run with DMs. Creating a channel with overrides are easy with bots, and the reason I do it this way is because I send a embed where the user getting the warning would also be able to dispute the warning.

You could do it how you explain it, but that could easily get out of hands. You would make sure a person have read the warning, but lets say they never responded. are you gone kick them out of the channel? keep them in? if you keep them in the channel until you can confirm they have seen it, what happens if you need to hand out warnings to other people? or if you need to give a warning to multiple people at once? thats why we use dedicated channels for each warning we hand out. easier to control and manage

indeed. we have 1 command for checking warnings including transcripts if anything was said or done in the warning channel. then we also have a chat log of every message in every channel the user has ever sent with a small icon if it was deleted or edited. and if it was edited we get both the old and the new version of the message. but this is a custom bot. I'm sure there exists similar and probably better bots. but this was tailored to our needs

I have been having an issue with discord saying "RTC Connecting" When im joining VC's. I looked it up multiple times and the only thing online that works is turning on a VPN. The only issue is normally I only get about 3 MBPS of WiFi, so using a VPN lowers that even low to almost unusable speeds.

I have noticed, since I live at 2 different houses it only happens at one of my houses and someone that I know in my area that uses the same internet provider has the same issue as me. I have also noticed that it only happens when there are already people in the VC, it either never happens or rarely happens when there isn't anyone in the VC already.

Does anyone know if that is a fixable issue without just using a VPN, or if that would be an issue with my internet provider, or anything else?

That would be configuring the permissions of the individual roles and the text channels that you have to only be able to view the certain channels, and you would need to just make sure that everything was setup properly.

when creating a channel you can select it to be private. with this you can add a specific role to the channel so only they can talk and see the channel

Try not to spam reports, as that would only flood their system and slow down their response times.
Keep in mind that Discord is a company that has limited funds, which means limited employees, only a fraction of which work in Support or Trust and Safety.

Many people tend to spam them which drastically reduces their response time

Unfortunately not really, because that would require editing another user's message, which will never be allowed. As a decent alternative, you could have a bot that deletes them then reposts with spoiler tags (possibly using a webhook to at least mimic the username and avatar of the original poster, but you'd need a bot to readaand delete the original message in the first place)
