Hi I’m not sure if this is the right place to go I found this server through Reddit. I’m having troubles with my server. When I edit a channel topic it shows up on pc but not on mobile iOS. Recently, a friend of mine (@lavid#1623) (Temporary account for contact, @ReiZk#4368 ) came to change smartphone, and in this exchange when the old device was formatted, the two-step verification was blocked, and simultaneously, all devices that were already with the Discord login were also disconnected, thus making him have lost his account and access to recovery codes. What I would like to know, and let him know in advance, is that he did indeed try a few times all the options distributed by Discord, but still he was not successful. He would very much like to return to his old account, which for him has a certain connection for being the main account since 2017. I know it is a little unacceptable in the theme of the server, or even in the environment that I ask, but really nothing worked so far. And of course any help is welcome.

Typically you would want to keep your recovery codes in a cloud storage in case something like that happens

If you're on an Android device you should have data backed up to Google Drive, if you're on iOS good luck searching through your iCloud storage to find it

If it's in photos then that's pretty straightforward for both systems

Hey, I've been suffering from this persistent connecting issue for months now. Restarting works, but the re ent one did not. I also have issues with it causing profiles and emotes going missing for no reason as well. I really want discord Android to get these done. It keeps forcing me to switch to cellular as I forgot to mention.

Wifi is fine and everything, but this connecting stuff is still going. Also, I have to sleep now, so mention me, then I'll see it in the morning.

Make sure that you have a constant cellular connection. Sometimes you may to too close to the tower and that causes the signals to miss your phone, or you live in a "more remote" area where there is bad cellular connection

Is discord support really this bad? My other account got disabled, but they won't reinstate it. I guarantee I never broke TOS, and it was probably either a mistake or it was a server I was in. But I can't even get ahold of a real person. What's even going on? Is there any other way to get ahold of a REAL person and not just the Clyde bot?

I've been having this issue where all audio in discord is static and I cant find any solutions online.

When I contacted them through their support for a issue it mostly just started a email chain with them and it went back and froth until it was resolved so if they reply or don’t I would just reply to the email

So i use disc on my phone and i have 2 phones, on one phone my friend can hear me just fine and the other he hears me very robot like and its been a few days ,on the phone where he can hear me worse i have better internet on.. and newer phone

And if i disconnect my headphones it works perfectly...but with headphones on the older phone it works without any issue
