Yes. I was banned once, though I was able to contact support and get unbanned prior to the 14 days ending. In my case it was due to PayPal support accidentally reversing my Discord purchase (when I asked them about a charge that had nothing to do with Discord). I was able to send screenshots to support showing this, got PayPal to fix the issue, and got my account back.

why does my vc audio sometimes get laggy/distorted?
my internet and everything is fine, and troubleshooting like restarting discord or my pc, trying to join on different devices, and other things didnt fix it, but when i rejoined a few hours later it just fixed itself.

Curiously i also noticed that when id wait for my favorited gifs to slowly load up on the discord app on my i pad it would noticable worsen the audio lag on my computer that was connected to a call (the i pad was not)

So does anyone have any idea how exactly this works and if there is anything concrete you can do to fix it when it happens?

I have a windows 10 computer (but this issue is the same on all devices so thats sorta irrelevant)
and my internet download connection is about 20 mbps on average (ik thats not impressive for america, but for a small town in germany its not too bad)

This is not on my hardware or software's side as this happens regardless on what device i use, its the same on my pc as it is on my i pad

1. you will only see "Get Nitro" if you are not subscribed to Nitro (I still remember someone other than you very boldly claiming that your # changes if your Nitro ends even if you never changed your # - so it might be preferable to test out on another account if needed)
