If you have access to vanity invite,
that is what it will do. If you make the invite temporary then (maybe) it wont be the case

what often happens is Discord sends a request to their transaction provider, the provider sends a transaction to your card/bank, they reserves the money, and sends a ping back to the transaction provider. something goes wrong and Discord is not able to process the transaction. the money is freed after up to 5 days, while Discord is not able to charge the transaction. you should also message discord support for this kinda stuff

On another note, when i accidentally uninstalled discord, my phone glitched and the sections that separates my recently added files, all my downloaded files (from the net and discord), videos, audio, and images all disappeared

The recent section is the only one that's left but it's completely empty and all that's left is a single nsfw word file

I have to manually access my internal storage to even upload files (assuming the thing would even pop up and discord doesnt crash and freeze) but even then, the folders arent segregated on videos, audio, and images. When i click on an image to upload Discord just freezes and crashes

This isnt just discord, it's also the case with other apps but without the freezing and crashing

Wait actually, it does crash google chrome once downloading is finished

Though downloading files from other apps take a long ass time

Plus theres a few corrupted photos files

The corruption is more like a glitch

They're all normal, just that their icons dont appear and the images themselves dont either on google photos

It takes an awfully long time to load google files too and when intry moving these files into the bin, google photos just freezes and doesnt know what to do and so im stuck here

Everything involving my files take a painstakingly long time to load basically

My regular (non google) files app cant even load without crashing

I checked the settings but found no way to activate those markings. Notifications are enabled in the profile settings and I did not mute any of the servers.

It's pretty annoying (and time-consuming) to cycle through the different servers on the phone to find out which one has unread messages.

Why can't server boosting maintain the badge level if the person doesn't boost BUT maintains a nitro sub

Why doesnt the badge that evolved from triangle to say, hexagon over time, appear as a hexagon the next time the person boosts if they stop doing that for a period
If not at least show it separately or mention the longest was worth x months

I could go into feedback and ask for that but this isn't a feature request tbh, more of an ass question

So here's my thing. I'm in the process of setting up a community server, the guy created it for roblox but im sure we will add in other games as well. I've been doing most the server stuff and so u cant access any of the server without verifying.. the only thing you see is welcome.. great!

but 've also added a roblox bot for linking discord and roblox.. and i've got it setup to where if they're already linked when you join the server, you will be given a role that has access to the roblox channels, cool!

but that's the issue.. when u join the server and you're already linked, you instantly have access to the channels, as in the channels are displayed along with my verification setup..

is there any way for me to lock access to those channels until you're through the server verificcation but yet still given the role when you join? if that makes sense..

I advise changing your password as this should reset whatever token (including OAuth tokens) you have associated with your account

You can also go to your client settings > devices to gain info on the device the attacker is using

Just look for any device you don't recognise. Just remember that VPNs will also appear there so check it's not a VPN or proxy server

Enabling 2FA in your client settings will also protect your account from further attacks but from administrator work we can't really help you I apologise. Although resetting your password should be enough to keep the attacker locked out

Because this happened to me and I'm trying to make a report. I just can't seem to find an article.

I would think that once you delete your account the server owner ship is sent to someone ells in the server? but you would probably have to "fight it" as a hacked account ticket. How long since was the account deleted?

Nope all the roles were deleted.

if the little crown icon is disabled, members who have access to server settings > members can still view the crown icon. indicating who owns the server. other then that I dont think there are any other way but for Discord

nothing you can do then. Create a support ticket and describe what have happened, 1 if they can recover the account, 2 if not, transfer the server ownership

Recovering the account is a no option since the person who stole the discord owned it and no longer have any contact, I've created a support ticket regarding this incident and I met nearly every requirement and still was declined, I've tried all of my effort even providing screenshots and proof and still declined.

still unclear to me but either way, if its not your account then you dont have any rights to it. and no matter what, once an account requests to be deleted, Discord most likely permanently deletes it to comply with GDPR, and at that point it would be "impossible" to recover it. not sure how long after a user press the "delete" button before its permanently deleted. but ye. if support can't help you, then you are out of luck unfortunately

If it doesn't work on another machine and browser (make sure the browser isn't a Chronium one) (and a combination) then it most likely isn't supposed to save

Non-Chonium browsers include: Firefox, IE, Safari

Brave, Chrome, Opera, Edge, etc. are all based off the Chronium engine

you can use traceroute to check the amount of hops but that might not tell much since they can still be slow even with low amount for example

Remember that 5.5 mbps is megabits, not megabytes, and on top of that, there's TCP overhead (on file uploads at least, there's smaller UDP overhead on video data) that chews into even more of that. In fact, an 800 KB/s upload speed is already exceeding your advertised 5.5 mbps internet speed. In fact, without factoring in overhead, that would be saturated at 687.5 KB/s.

Obviously the 70 KB/s upload is much below this, but my guess would be that you might have other stuff using your bandwidth, so the average upload speed is reduced. There could be dozens of other things going on as well, it's a little hard to determine a real cause, because of how many different things come into play here.

You can configure the roles individually. Everyone won't be able to see the channel but the send messages perm would be on neutral. Make this the same for the lvl10 role (so they should be able to talk) but disable it for the roles you wish to not talk. Then make sure the muted role cannot talk

For this, first you need to open the permissions menu. If you know how to do that, skip this paragraph. To do this, Right-click (For Computer)/ Hold (For Mobile) the desired channel. Then Click on 'Permissions'. Done.

Now, if you don't want @ 'evryone to view that channel, click on @'evryone, scroll down till you see 'View channel', Click on the cross' or Turn off that option.
