When someone joins the server, system sends the welcome message, but after sometime it gets deleted on it's own! I checked every bot that's setup in my server and there is nothing which triggers deletion of those welcome messages. I don't know why that's happening!

But you're also talking about Mentions - which is the ability to ping people and roles. For Mentions each role has the same option I noted above in role settings.

So you just need to go through each role in your server and toggle whether they are mentionable or not. For the @everyone role there's also a setting (in EACH role on your server) that allows people to mention @everyone and @here - so you have to:
• Go through EACH role
• Check they do NOT have the ability to mention everyone or here
• Check that they CAN be mentioned
• Move on to next role and repeat
