Cause the emails claim to check your violation in account standing when it just never gets updated with your recent violation.

Meaning even if the mail says there is a violation in your account standing most of the times when it says that, there is no visible violation.

I'm not saying the trust & safety team is vague, but the setup is horrible, the AI is garbage, and they need to fix that.

Also the profile in Zendesk is very buggy, can't even view your recent request, your profile that was created years ago was apparently created yesterday, yeah idk.
