A small example of what I usually do with AI (I didn't know whether to put it in #creative, as the footage is not mine so I'll put it here). On the left is the original version and on the right is the version enhanced by me. I used Unimatch SoftSplat for interpolation and AFI-Forward for frame deduplication, so I got this result. I also did the 23.9 fps version, and looks more natural tbh.
