hey!! im sorry this is a late response, but the same thing has happened to me as well and i think I’m able to help you out. yes, you did receive the nitro and yes the payment did get deducted from your bank acct, but the nitro went to one of your other accounts. what i did was ask for a refund from apple since i used apple credits, but you can try to ask google play or whatever you used to buy the nitro with

If you have admin but there is another role above your admin role in the server then you won't be able to edit that role above you.

And that role above you will determine your role color and everything.
