I stopped using pirated games a few years ago, and I don't even know why. I just decided that I no longer wanted to have pirated games. Every game I've ever played since childhood, I found them all and bought them officially on Steam. Now I have about a hundred games installed, and all of them are purchased. I think pirating games is really bad. Because if the publisher doesn't make money from game sales, the next game may be of lower quality due to insufficient funds, as many people didn't buy the game and instead pirated it.
