If someone reports you for saying something against their terms, they’re well within their rights to disable you. It’s a good idea to understand your audience when speaking, and it’s generally good practice not to say overly-controversial things in a relatively public space. The account warning system is just an automated system to help keep track of the millions of users that may potentially break the ToS again, not because they have a vendetta against anyone. They would rather have as many people use their app as they can cause let’s be honest, they want to make money. Can’t do that without users.
Another thing is that discord doesn’t do anything for false reports. If they deem that something is against ToS, even if it’s a joke, they’re well within their rights to disable an account. Someone can’t, however, doctor reports or screenshots, as there’s only one way to report and it doesn’t allow people to edit it.
