Well it was perfect volume for me so it may be a client issue for you. Is it up to date? There's been an issue with Samsung Discord where it isn't auto updating for the latest versions and it isn't telling you about the update unless you go onto the app in Google play store.

Also I swear discord made the DTesters server priv bc all the badge gremlins where hungry for more badges and spam joined the server on 100 diff accounts just to get the bug hunter or golden bug hunter badge in on of the 100 profiles.
