I'm not here to say guilded is bad, tbh, but I don't get a ton of confidence in their long term sustainability as a platform from what I've seen. Rapid feature expansion on a new platform is simpler because they don't have the scale, tech debt, or entrenched architecture to contend with, but that's not really a good measure for long term, and can even be an indicator that they're building a ton of early tech debt into the platform that'll be a huge issue later

Client themes are in beta. What does beta mean? Well, when discord add new experimental features, they choose a small number of users at complete random. So if you don’t have the feature, you weren’t chosen, and you will have to wait until everyone has it.

Also, discord never give ETA (estimated time of arrival) for features, they just announce when it’s live.

TL;DR - if you don’t see it in your settings, you don’t have it. You have to wait.

You can opt-in to experimental features from your discord settings (but this does NOT guarantee you get chosen).

Discord settings -> privacy & safety -> use data to improve discord

I have created this setup to measure cable resistance. In-built tester were quite inaccurate, so I decided to create this setup to measure with quite good accuracy how large is the cable resistance so I can toss out cable, whose internal resistance is garbage 🗑️ .

I have attached schematics. I use two meters and CC (constant current load) electronic load. Knowing that current has to be same in all areas within in series circuit and both meters having their own consumption covered from computers (outside of measured circuit) I can boost even more accuracy.

By knowing voltage drop I can apply Ohm's Law I counted voltage drop (0.171V) when drawing 2 amps on demo picture and taking this into formula R = U / I leads to result 85.5 mOhms 🙂

No you cant prevent webhooks in other peoples server. I cant say how they set this up or what the most efficient method is, but I would have joined a server with a alt account, screened every message automatically and fed it to my webhook, which in returns post the messages to my server. Ie; I would assume someone in your server is automatically copying them to their own webhook.

Terms of ToS, not sure. You should contact Discord support and also mention the unauthorized use of your logo (if that is the case)
