A few years ago I bought a very small tree from a dollar store. I just liked it. And I bought fairy lights for it and had a bunch of red cardinal and other bird decorations. And a crocheted angel someone gave us. I put that on our mantle with a garland and more fairy lights. And our nativity scene. And that way the cat doesn't knock it all over.
