Regardless of that, the UX is pretty bad, and having spent my entire career over 30 years working on B2B and B2C UX optimisation for public services, this is by far one of the worst transformations I've seen. And I've seen alot. Mostly the navigation and efficacy of the UI itself has been made worse. They are also a lot of granular level bugs, naturally to be expected but alot of the design decisions are unnecessary.
