When I load the filament, stuff comes out of the nozzle, but nothing comes out while printing; the extruder turns, but the PLA doesn't go in. Also, sorry for my English—it's not really good.

Could be a problem with the gcode, which slicer are you using?

Try using Anycubic Slicer, or Anycubic Slicer Next if it has your printer’s profile on it. If that doesn’t solve the problem it’s more likely a hardware issue.
