Optimizing prints with Prusa Slicer

Hello, I'm looking for some help with adjusting my settings to squeeze more juice of my old printer, getting that golden mean between speed and quality (more on the speed side). I'm using Prusa Slicer with expert settings enabled and some options are getting changed from print to print. Fastest it can currently go without a major quality loss is around 230mm/s on perimeters (other speeds adjusted accordingly by %). It also prints exclusively in Sunlu PETG.

Printer: Modded Tevo Tarantula Pro
Mods: Upgraded PSU, All metal bowden extruder, E3D V6 hotend, BLTouch, Dual Z axis, stabilizers on every axes, rod supports, damping feet, dual 24V print cooling fans.

The profile was based on Ender 3, because convenience.

Just realized I forgot to reply, sorry. I figured I'll finish remaking the toolhead first, then do tests and calibration. Will update when it's ready.
