I've tried changing the chamfer from 45 to 44 degrees (slicer support thresold is set to 46) but it still always wants to put supports

also here i added a chamfer but it didnt change anything regarding supports

try using manaul / painted supports.
and later, chekc the design for any non-manifold edges cos these can cause wierd problems during slicing...
