#G-code problem
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Hi, yes im using everything stock. and i can adjust the bed levling trough the bed levling wizard to be 0.00 in difference.
running M48 gives me a deviatio of 0.001 so that shouldnt be any issues i assume.
if i push the side of my heatbed and run bed levling again i will get altered numbers. so i assume that might be the cause of the "changed" heatbed between prints, maybe the gantry isnt firm enough?
but regardles if i cant solve that issue i should be able to solve it with making a mesh befor each print, but my G-code dont seem to do it properly and i want to avoid doing it manually and saving before each print
The stock springs have a lot of wobble in them so that can cause your problem. Try swapping them out for some of these: https://a.co/d/00BCcQX7
also, thanks for taking your time to help out!
No problem!
this is something i will check out. but i really think the mesh is needed anyway as my heatbed seems warped even when using a mirror ontop. as you can se by my included mesh image.
Yeah that'll solve it as long as your accelerations aren't too high.
it might solve the changes in the heatbed between prints. but it wont change the fact that mesh is needed anyways as my print bed is not perfect 😛 as seen in the included mesh.
am i doing something incorrectly in the G-code perhaps?
I've tried rearranging the G-code but it still seems the C108 does not close the mesh view and im unsure if the mesh is actuall being Used

with the mesh range that low its hard to tell, watch the z rod couplers to see if they are turning on the first layer, as well are you using the UBL version, or non UBL?
