Is This Fixable???? (fast answer if possible)

it looks like i had a small leak and it went over the screen. i was able to peel the resin of looking like its a factory done screen protector on my Elagoo 4kUltra 16k. So question is is it fixable by buying a new screen protector or do i need to buy a new Monitor???❓

so with uv resin printing, there is the screen protector on it, my brother replaced his screen on his Saturn 4 Ultra 12k a while back, and it took quite a bit of time.

but that was the whole screen

this, you can take off the tape around the edges there and replace it, it is a screen protector, it is a 9H hardened tempered glass

but, i dont know if they sell the screen protector seperate

is the 16k a larger screen diameter vs the 12k?

i see no reason as to why a 12k scrren protector wont work on a 16k model when the screen diameter is the same

id just say contact elegoo support, just ask them about it and fingers crossed they can offer you a replacement protector or let you buy 1-2 screen protectors form them

but the tape does not appear to have been removed and replaced, dude just put it on top of it

i vividly remember my brother removing the tape on his around the screen

if Elegoo does not offer a replacement or option to buy just the screen protector, you can either A: clean the screen off really good with IPA a couple times and just trying to continue printing as is

or remove the tape, see if you can peel off the screen protector ( a little bit of heat might help, and replace it (it's a cheap option, but if you have to buy a replacement screen anyways, might as well spent 12 bucks or so to see if you can have at least one good shot at replacing it

before replacing the whole screen (which sucks ass and takes forever, I will warn you)

I had a Elegoo Seturn S for a while and I dreaded having to clean or replace anything on it, and I got out of the Resin Printing game for about 2 years now, it's so labor intensive, but the models do look quite incredible
