I have been getting a LOT of broken supports recently and only after looking through my sliced files have I noticed that my supports(which are force set to 1 wall loop) generate with 1/10th of a second wall loop that slowly moves along the interior of the support as the print goes on, and in areas with many overhangs the system just.. breaks, it makes awful support generation and slowly breaks over time, I am using a 0.2mm nozzle, A1 Mini, and bambu studio for slicing with a PEI texture plate

Check for bad geometry maybe by running it through blender and 3D print toolbox?
Is "dont support brigdes?" On?

how do i check for bad geometry in blender
You'll need to go to the addons or extensions menu, and search for a "3d print tool box"
okay what do i do after that?
Then select the object, and press "check all"
If it says "non-manifold" or "bad contigious edges"
Press tab, then click on where it says that.
Alt + z will take you into x ray mode and it should show up where the edges are in yellow.
(if you post a screen shot between the bad supports and this, then sometimes these line up)
I'm not getting that option after installing the extension
Ok, idk whether the panel is open...so press n twice and see what moves.
There should be a tab qlong there you can click on. It should say 3d print.
(And is usually on the right side.)
yeah I found it, it had no non manifold edges but it still said there where some "zero faces" areas or something like that so I pressed the button to "make manifold" I imported it back into my slicer and there are 5 non manifold edges now, the make manifold button made it non manifold
😅 ah yeah it does that occasionally. I dont use the button.
If i wanted to fix it, i either remesh with voxels (a high amount), or manually repair any.
Zero faces are usaully fine, just means they are really small.
