Uneven Flow (Anycubic Mega Pro)

I have tried a variety of different temperatures and the outcome has been relatively similar to this. At times, it looks like it pools, others it seems to underextrude. Any suggestions?

Bed Temp (55C)
Nozzle Temp (200C)
