So, my model has a hole going through it since it'll have a rod support, but some reason Cura wont load the hole, while Bambu and Orca slicer do. there's a sizable gap for a connecting area but it fills it up and I have no idea why

AI Help
It sounds like Cura may be filling in the hole due to its settings or processing methods. You can try adjusting the "Fill Gaps Between Walls" setting in Cura to see if that helps preserve the hole in your model. Additionally, make sure your model is manifold and doesn't have any issues that may be causing Cura to fill in the hole. If the issue persists, you may want to reach out to the Cura community for more specific help.

This service offers a free 3d model repair tools, to fix non-manifold objects (objects with tiny gaps or reversed faces):

The software Microsoft 3D Builder, Orca Slicer and Prusa Slicer can also attempt to repair a model.

What is Manifold Geometry
It is important that a model's mesh is manifold in order for a slicer to accurately determine where to generate a tool path to print plastic and where not to.
In relation to 3d printing a model is manifold when you could imagine filling the entire internal volume with water from one source. In practice this means that the model mesh has one single shell with no other shells that overlap or intersect with one another and the shell has no holes in it and the mesh has no flipped normals. You can think of a shell like that of an egg shell, it encloses a single volume of space. If there is more than one shell then filling any one shell the fluid cannot reach the other shells. If shells are nested within one another completely then the volume between the two shells can be filled. If shells partly overlap then only some of the volume of one or both of the shells can be filled. If shells have holes or flipped normals then the volume will leak water.

if repairing through the auto repairer doesn't work, try manaully through blender with 3d print toolbox.
