#How to make the rock-like surface?

I wish to make an almost exact replica of the surface shown on the right, how can I go about doing that and using it in Onshape (CAD)?

I was thinking of generating a height map, but I cannot find a viable way to do this and I don't think I am skilled enough to do it manually.
How could I approach it?

To create a replica of the surface shown on the right for use in Onshape, you could consider using software that can generate height maps from images, such as Adobe Photoshop or specialized height map generation tools like CrazyBump or Materialize Bitmap2Material.

First, obtain or create an image of the surface you want to replicate. Then, use the height map generation software to convert the image into a grayscale height map that represents the surface's depth variations.

Once you have the height map, you can import it into Onshape as a displacement map or use it to create a 3D model that closely resembles the surface texture you're aiming for.

If you are unfamiliar with height map generation, there are tutorials available online that can guide you through the process step by step.

looks like perlin noise, as the AI said, you need to convert it into a heightmap and apply it to the surface. I know that you can do that in blender ,but Im not sure for CAD as it's parametric modelling
