#Crystal dragon print on Ender 3v2 consistently fails

I have retried this print dozen of times, and it always seems to fail at this point, I have an Ender3 V2, with dual z, pei bed, spring upgrade, official direct drive kit, blotch, and killer/mainsail on a pi3b+

It can do good prints sometimes but ever since I got a blob of death nothing seems to work, I’ve releveled the bed a million times, used the paper method, modified my print settings a ton and still nada. I’ll drop my config files in a moment.

After the blob of death I fully replaced the hot end, everything except the direct drive motor, and fan housing, I am at my wits end

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your 3D printer, particularly after the "blob of death." Feel free to drop your config files, and we can take a look at them to see if anything stands out. In the meantime, a few general troubleshooting steps you could consider:

  1. Ensure that your nozzle is properly leveled and not too close to the bed to avoid any issues with adhesion.
  2. Check your filament quality and storage to ensure it is not causing any blockages or inconsistent extrusion.
  3. Verify that your slicer settings match your hardware modifications, such as the direct drive kit and upgraded components.
  4. Double-check all connections and components to make sure everything is securely in place and functioning correctly.

If you share your config files, I can provide more specific guidance based on the settings.

Hey just wondering if you've done much mechanical maintenance on your printer?
Something on z might be getting stuck or not sitting entirely straight.
