Bed leveling was done prior to print

Making an odd noise, almost like the nozzle is dragging or something? You can barely hear it at the start. Results in pretty rough surfaces.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the nozzle dragging on the print surface. This could be caused by a few things:

  1. The bed may be too close to the nozzle, causing it to drag on the surface. Try re-leveling the bed with a slightly increased distance between the nozzle and the bed.
  2. The nozzle may be partially clogged, causing extrusion issues and resulting in rough surfaces. Try cleaning the nozzle or replacing it if necessary.
  3. The print speed may be too high, causing the nozzle to drag on the print. Try reducing the print speed to see if the issue improves.

If the issue persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance.

It did it too on my scaled up version of that model

if its low infill or large voids, could be pillowing

it was really loud and annoying last night

#

it was kind of like a vibration noise

#

i ended up turning the printer down to 50% because it was loud and annoying

could try rect instead of grid infill. will leave you with less voids.

#

yeh looking at the images it looks like a very classic example of pillowing

#

with the top layer kinda "bubbling" and it pushes filament around and causes holes and shit
