So I got a couple spools of PCTG which is supposedly better than PETG. At first it didn't work very well using generic PETG settings but once I set the temp to 270 degrees C it didn't seem to have issues, also lowered the speed to 50%. Although I feel it could be better as in not as strong as people claim PCTG to be. Maybe its the item I made, so far I only made a basic bed scraper with PCTG. So is there any other settings you recommend changing maybe for this print to come out near perfect? also don't care about layer lines right now.

Another question I have is software, I have just been using creality print for slicing but do yall recommend something better?

For improving the print quality of your PCTG projects, you can try adjusting some settings like increasing the print temperature slightly to around 275-280 degrees Celsius, adjusting the retraction settings to prevent stringing, and ensuring good bed adhesion by using a heated bed at around 70-80 degrees Celsius and possibly using a bed adhesive like glue stick or PVA-based adhesives. Additionally, tweaking the cooling fan settings to ensure adequate cooling between layers can also help with print quality.

As for slicing software, Creality Print is a good starting option, but more advanced users often prefer software like Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Simplify3D for their flexibility and additional features. These slicers offer more control over various print settings and can sometimes result in better print quality. You may want to experiment with different slicers to see which one works best for your specific needs and preferences.
