This is my DIY 3d printer that I built with the scraps of a CR-10 and a Prusa Mk3s. I started designing in at the beginning of November. I have been fine-tuning things since the beginning of January. I have gotten to the point where I have no clue how to improve the quality. I have reinforced everything. The photo is from earlier today.

Other things to know.

  • I am using Klipper
  • I am using an Einsy board with a Bigtree Pi v1.2
  • The nozzle I am using is a Bambulabs X1c (I know this is not the issue because I have it on my Prusa Mini and it works great)
  • The Print volume is 300x300x475
  • Currently the speed is 100 mm/s and the acceleration is 1000 mm/s^3 (I have tried it at 15% speed with 100 mm/s^3 but get the same results)
  • I have used an accelerator for the calibrate input shaper
  • It is not the filament. I have used the same filament with the prusa and it works great.

Please help, I have no clue why this is happening

It sounds like you've put a lot of effort into optimizing your DIY 3D printer. Based on the information provided, it seems like you've covered a lot of potential areas for improvement. Here are a few suggestions to potentially enhance print quality:

  1. Check for Mechanical Issues: Ensure that all mechanical parts are properly tightened and aligned. Loose belts or misaligned axes can lead to print quality issues.

  2. Filament and Nozzle: Make sure the filament diameter is consistent and fits the settings in Klipper. Ensure the nozzle is clean and not partially clogged, affecting extrusion.

  3. Temperature: Verify that the nozzle and bed temperatures are stable and calibrated correctly. Temperature fluctuations can cause issues like under-extrusion.

  4. Print Settings: Double-check slicing settings such as layer height, print speed, retraction, and cooling. Adjusting these parameters can sometimes improve print quality.

  5. Bed Leveling: Ensure the bed is properly...
