Like stated above, the print bed loses adhesion after about a week or pretty heavy printing (being on around 60% of the time I would say). I’ve tried to clean the bed with soap and water, I’ve tried the glue that came with the printer and nothing else I’ve seen worked. I’ve tried to turn the speed of the printer down for the first few layers and that didn’t work either. Thank you for your help!

It sounds like you may need to try using a different method to improve bed adhesion. Some options you could consider are using a brim or raft when slicing your prints, applying a thin coat of hairspray or using a dedicated print bed adhesive like a PEI sheet. You could also try leveling your bed again to ensure it is properly calibrated. If none of these solutions work, you may need to consider replacing your print bed surface or looking into more advanced bed adhesion techniques.
