I recently replaced the nozzle and motor gear of my 3d printer and I cant seem to make the material settings in ultimaker cura have PLA on anything other than a 0.4 mm nozzle.

What is the best course of action for my next calibration cube?

For your next calibration cube, you will need to adjust the nozzle size setting in Ultimaker Cura to match the new size of your nozzle. You can do this by going to 'Settings' -> 'Printer' -> 'Manage Printers' -> 'Machine Settings' and updating the nozzle size to match your new nozzle. After updating this setting, you should be able to select the correct nozzle size when setting up your print in Ultimaker Cura. This will ensure that your prints are properly calibrated for the new nozzle size.
