I'm trying to use TPU with my Q1 and I've seen other people state they've been able to do so successfully. When I try and load the filament the extruder pulls it into itself initially then just looses grip or something? I don't think there's a way to adjust the extruder pressure so I'm wondering what my other options are. I've included a video of manually trying to load the filament and a photo of what it looks like inside the extruder.

I'm using Overture 95A TPU. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with the extruder not gripping the TPU filament properly. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the filament path to make sure there are no obstructions or tangles that could be causing the extruder to lose grip on the filament.
  2. Adjust the tension on the extruder arm if possible. Some 3D printers allow for adjusting the tension to accommodate different types of filament.
  3. Increase the extruder temperature slightly to help TPU flow more smoothly through the extruder.
  4. Consider using a TPU filament with a different hardness or formulation that may be more compatible with your printer.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer of your printer for further assistance.
