The model is not longer flat, printed with PLA on centauri carbon using stock PLA settings. The first shows how much it has shifted. The second picture shows other models which remained flat.

It looks like the issue may be due to the model not adhering properly to the print bed or possibly due to warping.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Ensure the print bed is leveled properly.
  2. Increase the bed temperature for better adhesion.
  3. Use a brim or raft to provide additional stability to the print.
  4. Consider using a heated enclosure to prevent warping.
  5. Try using a different adhesive like glue stick or hairspray on the bed.

If the issue persists, you may need to experiment with different settings such as adjusting the print speed or temperature to achieve better results.

did you pull the print off the bed as the bed was warm?

could also use "reverse wall direction" to reduce internal stresses

I might have! Is that a typical cause for this?
