It sounds like there may be a setting in your slicer software that is causing supports not to generate. Please check the support settings in your slicer and ensure they are enabled. Also, make sure that the overhang angle requiring support is within the range that you have set for generating supports. If the issue persists, consider updating your slicer software or reaching out to the software's support team for further assistance.
is that a blender part without any thickness?
What is Manifold Geometry
It is important that a model's mesh is manifold in order for a slicer to accurately determine where to generate a tool path to print plastic and where not to.
In relation to 3d printing a model is manifold when you could imagine filling the entire internal volume with water from one source. In practice this means that the model mesh has one single shell with no other shells that overlap or intersect with one another and the shell has no holes in it and the mesh has no flipped normals. You can think of a shell like that of an egg shell, it encloses a single volume of space. If there is more than one shell then filling any one shell the fluid cannot reach the other shells. If shells are nested within one another completely then the volume between the two shells can be filled. If shells partly overlap then only some of the volume of one or both of the shells can be filled. If shells have holes or flipped normals then the volume will leak water.
my wall loop is at 5
so?
or do you mean the bottom part?
if your model itself is only a surface with no thickness your slicer can't really interpret it
the file itself has no bottom
private?
here if you want
oh okey do you know how i can fix it?
make it manifold
This service offers a free 3d model repair tools, to fix non-manifold objects (objects with tiny gaps or reversed faces):

The software Microsoft 3D Builder, Orca Slicer and Prusa Slicer can also attempt to repair a model.
best to do it in the modeling software
in bambu labs?
where does this model come from?
its originally from bambulabs i cut out the bottom in meshmixer and imported back to bambu labs
see
thats the problem
because you "destroyed" the model
send the link to the model
i tried it in bambu lab but i could find any solution
I have 5 mins left on this PC if you send me the link now I can probably hollow it out for you in no time
otherwise you gotta wait a few more hours before I am back at a PC
what wall thickness do you want? 2 mm
?
5 wall thick
its fine asslong its hollow and no bottom
not sure why you would want that but there you are. Its quick and dirty
I used 3D builder to hollow it out and cut 5 nm off the bottom
Theres probably more elegant solutions
You could also clone the part, scale it down a few % and substract it
Would give a smooth inside
And you could do that in the slicer too
thank you
